The summer of 2014 saw 13 homes on Lake Norman sell in excess of $2 million. All were in Cornelius and Mooresville and waterfront only, which is no surprise. The highest was on Jetton Road which garnered $3.9 million at 10,000 sq ft.
The Lake Norman real estate market has been on a steady incline and we believe this trend to continue going into 2015. It is a very desirable region to live with the Uptown Charlotte area only 20 minutes away, the Blue Ridge Mountains a short 1 1/2 hr drive, and the Carolina coast only 3 1/2 hr drive.
