Waterfront Single-family homes in Davidson are most likely located on Lake Davidson. There are also several waterfront Condo buildings in Davidson, most of which are located on Lake Norman.
Mooresville
Mooresville waterfront communities on Lake Norman are located in the next town north of Davidson.
Mooresville is home to great school systems and lower taxes but is located further away from Charlotte, NC.

Sherrills Ford Waterfront Neighborhoods is located on the north side of Lake Norman between Mooresville and Catawba.
