HOW DOES LAKE AND TOWN REALTY MARKET PROPERTIES?

COLLECTION PROCEDURES:
- All rents are due on the 1st of the month and late on the 6th. (State Law)
- First notices are delivered on the 6th of each month.
- Second notices are mailed on the 15th of each month.
WHEN DOES AN OWNER GET HIS/HER RENT PROCEEDS?
- We disperse all paid rent no later than the 15th. Please compare this.
- We utilize the number 1 property management software App Folio.
- Funds are wired the next day at no cost or are mailed checks.
- Documents provided are a monthly statement, cash flow statement, 1099, and end-of-year all uploaded to client portal.
- How much rent can I get for my house/condo/duplex/apartment? Comp rents are provided and analysis is determined for rental price. The client ultimately chooses the rental price.
