3rd real estate deal with Mike Carpino and Lake & Town Realty… Needed a quick sale of my existing house, and good negotiation of a new house with a quick close. Mike got us in contract to sell our existing house within a week for a fair price, and negotiated a great price for our new house and a close of about 1 month. Once again, Mike came through on all accounts. We even hooked a friend of ours up with him who was moving to this area, and he hooked him up as well, as he closed on his house bought through Mike just a week ago.
We have been in our dream lake house now for four months. Even if I could go back and change anything about the buying experience, I would not. I did not know Lake And Town Realty before hiring them. But they proved to be the consummate advocates for us during the process. Their knowledge of the area and of the process was masterful. Their expertise was an indispensable aid during negotiations. But the thing that impressed me the most was the way they handled a snag on our end well into the process. The focus was always on us and the protection of our interest.
